New Rubber Rollers

We are able to produce rollers according to your specifactions and drawings:

• of up to 1.200 mm in diameter
• of up to 8.000 mm in length

We supply steel, stainless steel, aluminium or glass fibre reinforced roller cores depending upon the field of application. We also have a wide range of materials for coating.

Rubberizing to Order

We have a special service for machine builders, lathe operators and other manufactures who produce roller cores themselves. We offer a genuine rubber coating of delivered cores according to the desired field of application as well as the processing of ready to install rollers.

Compound Rubber Parts and Rubber Metal Compounds

We have internal mould building equipment and our own vulcanisation for the production of compound rubber parts. Therefore we are able to manufacture small series as well as unique pieces and special constructions at competitive prices.

Our products are for use as valve flaps in ventilations systems or as special stoppers in mechanical engineering.
