Werk 1
Founded in 1996 by Mr Schaper and Mr Günther, TSW's strong business culture has maintained a steady growth.
2002 Anja Nienaber, Frank Henrichs and ESWE-Flex, new partners with valuable experience in our field, joined the board of shareholders.
In that same year we moved our head office to the Ludwig-Erhard-Allee in Oldentrup. We then went on to purchase the property and the building in 2005.
At "Werk 1" in Oldentrup we manufacture metal as well as aluminium rollers and in "Werk 2", Senne we produce rubber coating for rollers.
We beleive in harnassing our local talent to ensure our quality is truley "Made in Germany". Our apprentices therefore enjoy permanent employment after the successful completion of their apprenticeships.
In 2007 we extended our premisses in Oldentrup and now run at maximum output with a two shift system.
